KNL system on ARCHER

We are pleased to announce that the new 12 node KNL system will be available to existing users on 20th October 2016, subject to any slippage caused by the novel technology and tight timescales. We will send out further updates if plans change.

EPSRC have approved the first month of access being free to existing ARCHER users to encourage you all to explore this new and exciting technology. You can sign up for an account in advance of this date but you will only gain access when the service goes live.

To request access follow the instructions at:
https://www.archer.ac.uk/documentation/safe-guide/safe-guide-users.php#knl-access

The growing amount of user documentation can be found at:
https://www.archer.ac.uk/documentation/knl-guide/

Two recent KNL virtual tutorials can be found at:

If you experience any problems or have any questions please contact the ARCHER helpdesk support@archer.ac.uk.
