Invitation to the ARCHER Launch Event

Are you interested in high performance computing? Do you want to hear more about how the new ARCHER computing service can help your research programme?

EPSRC and NERC are please to announce the launch event for the new ARCHER high performance computing service. This will be held on 25th March at the National Museum of Scotland from 15:30 to 19:00. Speakers will include Arthur Trew, ARCHER Service Director; David Delpy, Chief Executive of EPSRC; Iain Gillespie, Director of Science, NERC and Peg Williams, Senior Vice-President of HPC at Cray. There will also be bite-sized summary presentations from users and industry showcasing their work on ARCHER, HECToR and the impacts of HPC.

Places are limited and you'll need to register by sending an email with your details to events@epsrc.ac.uk

Come along and hear the research advances that will be made possible by the power of ARCHER and meet like-minded researchers and businesses with an interest in HPC and its uses.
